Den Nationale boringsdatabase (Jupiter) er De Nationale Geologiske Undersøgelser for Danmark og Grønlands (GEUS) landsdækkende database, der indeholder detaljerede oplysninger om boringer, herunder teknisk opbygning, geografisk placering, geologiske beskrivelser, vandstandsmålinger og grundvands- og drikkevandskemiske analyser, samt information om vandindvindingsanlæg i Danmark. Databasen indgår som en fællesoffentlig datakilde i Danmarks Miljøportal og er frit tilgængelig for offentligheden.
Datasættet indeholder oplysninger om mere end 280.000 overfladenære boringer, herunder oplysninger om boringsrelaterede data som geologiske beskrivelser, boringsopbygning, pejlinger m.v. Datasættet er en del af Jupiter-databasen, som er GEUS' landsdækkende database for grundvands-, drikkevands-, råstof-, miljø- og geotekniske data. Databasen er den fællesoffentlige database på området og indgår i Danmarks Miljøportal. Databasen er offentligt tilgængelig og opdateres løbende.
The National Well Database (Jupiter) is the nationwide groundwater and drilling information system maintained by the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS). It contains detailed records on wells and boreholes, including their construction, geographic location, geological logs, groundwater level measurements, and chemical analyses of groundwater and drinking water, as well as information on water supply facilities across Denmark. The database serves as an authoritative public data source and is openly accessible to support environmental management and research.
The dataset contains information on more than 280.000 shallow boreholes, comprising informatiion on borehole-related data such as geological desciptions, the borehole construction, soundings etc.The dataset is part of the Jupiter Database, which is GEUS ' nationwide database for groundwater, drinking water, raw materials, environmental and geotechnical data. The database is the single public data base in the field and is included in the National Environmental Portal. The database is publicly available and is updated on an ongoing basis.

Borearkivet blev oprettet i medfør af Vandforsyningsloven af 1926 med det formål at registrere og bevare oplysninger om grundvand og geologiske forhold. Arkivet opbevarer dog oplysninger om mange endnu ældre boringer. Oplysninger om boringer, eksempelvis vandforsynings- og råstofboringer, skal ifølge loven indberettes til GEUS. Administrative og tekniske boringsoplysninger samt jordprøver fremsendes til GEUS.
The Well Data Archive was established as a result of the Water Supply Act of 1926 with the purpose to register and preserve information about groundwater and geological conditions in Danish wells. The archive provides information on more than 270.000 wells dating back to the 1890s. Well drillers are required by law to report information on boreholes for water supply or raw materials. Administrational and technical information, along with samples of earth must be sent to GEUS.
